Our purpose is to make complex government data—specifically bill tracking and legislative analysis—accessible, organized, and actionable through secure AI workflows. We move beyond simple chat to provide deep analysis of the Oregon Legislative Information System (OLIS), ensuring that stakeholders have the clarity and speed they need to navigate the legislative process.

Wilfrid.AI is developed by Pipeline-e, LLC, a Portland-based software studio specializing in AWS Cloud, Ruby on Rails, and Generative AI for the public sector. We combine a decade of enterprise cloud expertise with secure, private AI to deliver tools that are both reliable and transformative.
Our architecture is built on the "AWS Awesome Sauce"—designed to be fast, scalable, and secure, drawing from experience leading platforms for high-scale commerce and regulated data workflows. We focus on transparency, data integrity, and "local advantage" technical depth specifically for the Oregon public sector.
Privacy & Integrity
We leverage secure RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and pgvector on PostgreSQL to ensure AI responses are grounded in official data with full audit trails. Privacy is at our core; we emphasize governance and data boundaries, ensuring that AI interactions respect the sensitivity of legislative workflows.
